These ladies truly care about their clients, and go above and beyond! They offer great classes and will help you tailor your workouts around injuries. They also do great work for charity. So lucky to have them in our community!

I went there for a special presentation. I thought that it was very nice that they awarded people for their own hard work completing their physical fitness goals (walking, running, etc...). My girlfriend for awarded for meeting her physical fitness goal.
They had healthy things to eat after the fun time and awards presentation ceremony. The people all seemed to be nice, and the building was very nice (please see the attached photos).
They have Zumba and other of those type of physical fitness via dancing to upbeat music types of classes.
So overall I was very impressed by this smaller sized fitness center.
